At Vendors Planet, we’re committed to ensuring safe and satisfactory deliveries for every customer. To protect both our buyers and sellers from fraud or disputes, we have implemented an Open Parcel Delivery policy that includes a mandatory unboxing video requirement.
Inspect Before Accepting:
Upon delivery, you may inspect the outer packaging in front of the rider. You are not allowed to open the inner seal or test the product unless explicitly mentioned.
? Mandatory Unboxing Video:
Customers must record a clear, uninterrupted unboxing video starting from the sealed parcel.
The video should show:
The sealed package from all sides.
The opening of the parcel.
The unboxing of the product.
The condition and details of the product received.
This video is required for any complaints regarding:
Missing items
Damaged products
Wrong item received
If There’s an Issue:
If something is wrong with the order, share the unboxing video with our support team. Claims without a proper unboxing video will not be entertained.
An additional PKR 300 is charged for Open Parcel Delivery.
The unboxing video must be:
Continuous (not edited)
Clearly showing the entire process from start to finish
Breaking the seal of the inner product box without recording the video voids return or refund eligibility.
