Approval: Once approved, we’ll schedule a pickup or guide you to ship the item.
Inspection: After inspection, we’ll initiate a refund or replacement as per your preference.
Important: Customers must record a full unboxing video to support return claims for fraud protection.
Prepaid Orders: Refund will be processed to your bank account or card within 7–10 business days.
Cash on Delivery Orders: Refunds are made via bank transfer or store credit.
