At Vendors Planet, we strive to ensure a smooth shopping experience for all our customers. If you are not fully satisfied with a product, you may be eligible to return it under the conditions outlined below.


Return Eligibility

Products may be returned if:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect.

  • The request is made within 2 days of delivery.

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, with all tags intact.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.)

  • Personal care items (underwear, cosmetics, hygiene products)

  • Downloadable software or digital content

  • Customized or made-to-order items

  • Items marked as “non-returnable” by the vendor


Return Process

  1. Initiate Request: Email us at info@vendorsplanet.com or contact via the order page.

  2. Submit Proof: Share images or video of the item to confirm the issue.

  3. Approval: Once approved, we’ll schedule a pickup or guide you to ship the item.

  4. Inspection: After inspection, we’ll initiate a refund or replacement as per your preference.

Important: Customers must record a full unboxing video to support return claims for fraud protection.


Refund Timeline

  • Prepaid Orders: Refund will be processed to your bank account or card within 7–10 business days.

  • Cash on Delivery Orders: Refunds are made via bank transfer or store credit.


Vendor Responsibilities

All vendors are required to:

  • Clearly mention product warranty and return policies

  • Honor approved return requests within the stated timelines

  • Maintain transparency in product listings
