• Any issues related to delivery, product disputes, or warranty must be resolved through our support team or with the vendor directly.

5. Product Returns & Refunds

• Buyers may return products in accordance with our Return Policy if eligible.

• Vendors are expected to cooperate in the return/refund process to maintain trust and reputation.

6. Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from:

• Selling illegal, counterfeit, or prohibited items.

• Using the platform for fraud, spam, or abuse.

• Attempting to bypass fees, commissions, or platform processes.

7. Commissions & Fees

• Vendors are subject to commission rates as outlined in their agreement with Vendors Planet.

• All transactions are recorded and commissions are deducted before payout.

8. Intellectual Property

• All content, logos, and trademarks on Vendors Planet are owned by us or our licensors.

• You may not use, copy, or distribute any site content without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Vendors Planet is a facilitator and is not directly involved in transactions between buyers and sellers.

• We are not responsible for product quality, delivery delays, or disputes between users.
